If anyone has played to this point I need your help. I am at the Black Rock...I get the dynamite and head back. The dude up in the tree ends up shooting me every time I go by him...I have tried running to the nearby rock and have made it once, but can not make it to the second one without the dynamite exploding.

Any ideas? Or is there an easier way?

Shoot him on the way in b4 you get the dynamite

how can you see him I tried aiming and couldn't find where to shoot. And is that the only way (already got the dynamite)

He is in a tree house up above.
