I just wanted to point out the top U.S. aces of WWII, now the U.S. aces in no way come close to the German aces of WWII like Erich Hartmann with 352 aerial victories but I want to list them. The artist for this game should add these and other WWII aces paint schemes.
Note: The top two U.S. aces flew the P-38 which is not in the game. #1 Richard I. Bong  Victories – 40  U.S. Ace of Aces  Branch – Army Air Force  Air Craft – P-38 Lighting #2 Thomas B. McGuire  Victories – 38  Branch – Army Air Force  Air Craft – P-38 Lighting #3 David McCampbell  Victories – 34  Branch – Navy  Air Craft – F6F Hellcat #4 Francis “Gabby†Gabreski  Victories – 27  Branch – Army Air Force  Air Craft – Spitfire Mk IX, and P-47 Thunderbolt #5 Robert S. Johnson  Victories – 27  Branch – Army Air Force  Air Craft – P-47 Thunderbolt #6 Charles H. Macdonald  Victories – 27  Branch – Army Air Force  Air Craft – Unknown #7 Joseph J. Foss  Victories – 26  Branch – U.S. Marine Corps  Air Craft – F4F Wildcat #8 George E. Preddy, JR.  Victories – 25  Branch – Army Air Force  Air Craft – Unknown #9 Robert M. Hanson  Victories – 25  Branch – U.S. Marine Corps  Air Craft – Unknown #10 Gregory “Pappy†Boyington  Victories – 24  Branch – U.S. Marine Corps  Air Craft – F4U Corsair |

Correction:
#6 Charles H. Macdonald ? Air Craft ? P-38 #8 George E. Preddy, JR. ? Air Craft ? P-47 Thunderbolt, P-51 #9 Robert M. Hanson ? Air Craft ? F4U Corsair Most of the top aces of WWII used unique paint schemes. If it?s Erich Hartmann?s ?Black Tulip? Me-109 or Richard Bong?s ?Marge? P-38 I would like to see these in the game. |
