also line up behind the landing boats, slow down and fire two rockets per boat. (practice makes perfect) you need to destroy 3 groups of boats I think. then you need to destroy a squadron of 4 fighters. the first will come directly towards you. go fast towards him and shoot him with a rocket. the second one will fly behind you. turn 180° and fly towards him. also kill him with a rocket. give your team commands in mean time. use numpad 3 to talk to complete team. then second command numpad 3 again to send them to your target or numpad 2 to clear your six. once the planes are down you need to attack the destroyers. fly towards them and shoot some rockets. you will then get an order to fly back and swap planes. fly back to the left side of the airfield. take your landing gear out and land. press secondairy fire once you landed and you will swap to the other airplane. take off and torpedo the two destroyers.
Its a pretty easy mission once the landing boats are destroyed. but you gotta keep you team active by giving them orders to attack. else they just fly behind you doing nothing.
Am I correct to say that there are no saved games or segments in this game? I have to start a mission over completely, from the beginning ? After playing for what seems to be a long time, it is crazy not to have at least a few re-start points. especially if you have to do something else on the computer.
How do you stop your plane. Played the game a lot of times and after landing on the airstrip I can,t stop to switch to the bomberplane. Some body nows how to do this??
Well, Im lucky, I can do it with my joystick throttle, but others here have had the same problem. Find the key that is slow and hold it down continually until completely stopped. Is there a brake key? "B" maybe, try that. It does take forever to stop these things and a little "s" turning doesn't hurt, just don't hit anything. Also have your speed as slow as possible before you touch ground.
