I hooked up the PS3 with component cables and optical voice and can hear all sounds EXCEPT the voices that go with the subtitles. Any idea why?

I have the PS3 system hooked up to the monitor using HDMI and optical to my A/V reciever and I also do not hear voices during gameplay. Also, the game is not in 5.1 channel surround sound. It makes sense that both of us can't hear the voices if the PS3 release didn't include surround sound since most voice information is transferred over the center channel in a 5.1 setup.

so much problems with this game
bring it back get a refund this game not worth it
and ubi wont give you any support

It works now, not sure why, except that I moved the optical cable to a second optical port on my A/V received (I have 4 available). I also went into Audio setup and made sure I had selected "Optical" and also "5.1".
