I have PC version of this game. Some walkthroughs instruct people to select which plane to fly in a mission, but I can't find out how to do it? There's no selection menu or the like before a mission.

Some missions you have to have a certain plane

e.g. Training day you can only have the gladiator, desert recon you can only have the seafire because that only plane with photo capability and in the flying fortress mission you can only have....
