I try to login to play a multiplayer game but I get an error message that says invalid cd key. I have triple checked it and get the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Be sure you spell U and V right, and write the whole thing like it's on the book(example X1X-2Y3Y-E3E4-..).
