I have the Logitech Joystick that is supported by the PS3, but doesn't seem to well work for BA.

You can fly around with it, but the buttons all seemed to mapped to "Select Target".

No shooting with any button combination.

Is ther a better way to set up the game to use this joystick?

It is the Logitech Flight Force for PS2.

An earlier system update for PS3 said it provided support for this and the HORI Flightstick.

The Logitech does work for other PS2 Games on the PS3.

From what I read on Amazon, the Logitech joystick for PS2 only works if the game supports it.

You're right! The joystick support has to be built into the game.

I love the additions they've made to this game for the PS3. I have spent many enjoyable hours playing "Heroes of the Pacific" on the PS2.

The Addition of a cockpit view with a tracking camera has helped to bring this new game closer to the level of the Ace Combat experience. By this benchmark, I believe "BLazing Angels" still has yet to see it's full potential.

This would be a nice opportunity for Ubisoft to offer an upate via the Playstation Onine Store.

We already have "Game Data" and a "Player Profile" saved on the hard disk of the PS3. The infastructure for modifying that data is already built with the PS3 online store.

I know they have already releasd a patch for the PC version of the game.

Ultimately I would love for the patch to add support for joysticks, fix the online voice chat issue, and a18o add support for 1080p resolution.

I guess I can dream.
