So I do the river, I just barely last until the bombers show up and then because the P51H Mustang is the WORST handling piece of **** ever invented I either can't kill enough prop enemies or the ME262's rip me a new one in seconds. So aside from ACE duels and arcade mode any tips on dogfighting with the Mustang? I don't have a joystick yet which I know doesn't help.

Please tell me where in the menu I get to choose another unlocked plane to replace the P-51H on XBOX360. I just cannot find where to make that choice.
