In the last two days, many have posted about issues when trying to play online.
I've just called Technical Support: this is indeed a problem with the Game Servers. They are currently working on the issue; but they couldn't give me an approximate time of when these issues will be fixed.
Now I tried to play my wife over the internet "online" and we could see each other and we could challenge each other but our game board stayed greyed out...we never really did connect to play...
I was able to get in this morning; and I just called Technical Support, and they did confirm that the game servers are up now, so I'm not sure what your problem is (I would check to make sure you have the required ports open)...
Please contact Ubisoft Technical Support. You'll get a better response if you call, rather than submit a ticket via the website.
I created a new user with the same user name and used existing account and I got logged on. everything is good now! Thx Hollister for your help!. All my profile stats are still in tact.
I'm able to connect to the game server, have the latest patch installed, yet see zero other players online. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem before I contact tech support.
