The cage on the town square certanly does bring the audience as close as it can to the board and players. They only need to figure out how to make the cage sound-proof and how to set up the lights so that the adience can see inside, but the players can't see outside (this was easier in Sofia, since the cage was indor). Of course the cage needs sufficient cooling, otherwise the GM's will just fry under the Spanish sun
