Well, if you ordered a download, you should get an e-mail with a CD key and instructions on how to download the installation file.
Note: You'll need WinZip 11 or later to unzip the installation file. If you use any other program, some of the files -- particularly the User Manual -- won't be extracted correctly.
You can download a trial version of WinZip 11 here.
I don't think you can purchase the download version, because it says that it's only for North America. Why someone from Europe couldn't buy and download the game is beyond my comprehension, but thats what it says.
You're right, it does say North America only. But I know that people in other countries have purchased a download version...
It is pretty silly rule, though. I can't imagine someone trying to buy something in a store just to have a clerk say, "No, I don't want your money! You're not from North America!"
When I gave my visa card details and after “money margin confirmation” I’ve been asked for my home address , so I guess I am expecting a parcel from USA with my goodies soon…
I never purchased anything over the internet, but isn't it supposed to work like this: Once you put in your personal data and the credit number, you begin downloading?

unfortunately I haven't received any e-mail (yet) and something tells me that the transaction will not carry on as the money have been placed in a block margin acc, probably to be available to credit Ubisoft after shipment...a thing that will never happen as the only available method is the electronic download for only American inhabitants..
Well what did it say when you pushed the "place your order" button? Did it say that you will receive an email, did it say that the product will be shipped in x days, did it say that you are not in the right region, or what? It had to say something.

Go to the Ubisoft Digital Store, and login. Then click on the 'My Account' link. You should see your transactions there, as well as the games available for download, with the activation keys.
If you're still having problems, click on 'Support' (from the Download Store home page), and fill out a ticket.
It did n't mention anything about regions when i placed my order.i only had to fill up a form with my details(coundry of origin etc) when i loged in the e-store.
Then again when i go back in my acc link it seams like CM XI is been bought from me but is still in my shoppin basket.
