I finaly have a way to test the real rating of some personalities of CM11. I bought a chess machine that is officialy rated by the USCF. The rest is easy. I will face them in 10 games and see what happens.

I hope that's not the only reason you purchased a chess computer...
Had you read the Personalities/Ratings section of the Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition FAQ, you would know that the ratings for most of the personalities change based on CPU speed. So whatever the outcome is, it will apply only to your computer running Chessmaster. |

I will show you an example of my test:
If the rated machine plays 10 games against raj(rated 1048 in my chessmaster computer) and it ends 5:5 it means that both have the same rating no matter what cpu have either machine so i think it will be a good test. |

I collect dedicated chess machines but this is my first one that is oficialy rated.

What is its advertised rating, I have a dedicated machine from tandy corp prob 15 years old now, that claims to be 2100 elo I can beat it with no problem and I am rated around 1850 so I would be wary of a dedicated machine advertising a very high elo.
