Why am I being asked to register my Chessmaster game again after I've already done so?

Just click that you don't want to register.

I do. No matter what I click the message still comes up after I turn on my 'puter. I should note that I have the Grandmaster edition.

That's odd... I registered, and that was the end of it.

If you're getting a message every time you start up your computer, then it must be in your startup group... you can remove it from there without hurting anything.

How do I do that? Or should I go to the ubisoft folder of the program files and delete the "Register" folder?

Delete just the RegistrationReminder.exe

I have the same problem with being asked to register when I already did that. I don't understand why the suggestion is to delete the reminder.exe and leave an empty folder that serves no purpose. Why not delete the Register folder and be done with it?
