I'm glad to see someone appreciates having the Code of Conduct / Forum Rules posted... now if only more people would read them!  Actually, most users here know what's proper and what's not (it's just plain common sense). However, there is a small minority of people (I haven't seen any of them here lately) who don't know how to be civil, hence the post.

Sadly, they tend to be the people who never read or obey rules anyway, and it's often not newbies, but long time UBI forum members who think they have some kind of privileged status that exempts them from the rules. A quick visit to some of the other forums will usually find a few of them.

No offense.I have noticed only 25 views on the date of this post 
for Code of Conduct / Forum Rules -- Read Before Posting! . I am one of those viewers. It is nice that this is posted. Not that it will make a difference on increasing online play or fixing the issues with online play such as ratings, connectivity, or the cc bug when switching from online to email.
