When I first added my user, I said I was completely new to chess. Now, everytime I open ChessMaster, it takes me to the Learning\Tutorial section and automatically forces me into 'assisted mode' and a quiz (that I have already completed).

I cannot determine what steps are needed so I am no longer forced into being in assisted mode on each login. The FAQ says this will go away once I have finished a tutorial, but I have almost finished all of them with no change.

There seems to be no way to disable it.

I suggest you create a new user and DON'T select that you are new to chess, otherwise it will force assisted mode on you again.
