Not sure if this is the right place to ask about Chessmaster Live on Xbox 360 or not... Couldn't find a place for that. I'm playing several Message Chess games and my inbox seems to be corrupt. There's one game that shows up with no opponent gamertag and when I choose it, it tells me I've been defeated and my ELO is now 0 (was 1100+ !). When I try to delete the game I get the message that the chess server is unavailable -- but the server IS available or i couldn't see my inbox! My other games work okay but this one is hosed somehow. Any thoughts about how to fix or who to contact?

As the majority of people here on the forums use the PC version, you'll need to contact Technical Support.
