How many people are there playing CM 11 online. Or does it still not work online?

Thank you very much for the human touch bow

It worked to get online, and I saw ladder updates and such, but when I have been online I haven't seen anyone available to play.

Honestly though, you shouldn't be buying CM products for online play. It will never be as good for that as other Internet chess sites.

Im quite surprized because playchess.com has over 5000 players online everyday and they have to pay for it whereas chessmaster is alot better and cheaper for a one off fee and play for years but noone comes to play it online Frown

It seems that the issues is with the online servers. Doesn't matter on the day, the results are the same

Marsiozo, did you installed the patch? I think you didn't. Don't lose more time and update your CMGM version, please.

If anyone wants to play real chess skip the download and go to chessclub.com and become a member. That is where everyone from GM to IM plays. From Vishy Anand to Larry Christiansen to Garry Kasparov and people say Bobby Fischer even plays there. So go there. Either that or just keep playing CM 10 or try Fritz 11 it just came out.
