How do I save the processing of auto annotated analysis in PGN or Chessmaster formats? While viewing the auto annotated analysis window the save option is grayed out. Thanks.

That save button is for your own commentary ("player" section)



When finished save the game (File--Save) and the auto-annotation will be saved too. If you change as cmg everything will bee saved. If you save as pgn the program will ask you what to save:

None - no annotation will be saved

Player - only user comments will be saved

Analysis - only analysis will be saved (the lines and their evaluations)

Auto-annotation - only the text will be saved (for example: "This leads to ...... Better is ..... Black gets two pawns, a bishop and a rook for queen, a rook and a pawn.")
