What is the purpose of releasing a game with so many bugs ? Ubisoft really needed the money of this game's sales to keep the company running ? Don't they test the game before they release it ? I can't beleive they don't so i'm wondering why do they sell us a game with so many bugs ? Are they hoping we will buy it and the bugs would go unnoticed ?? I really don't understand ! And what kind of tester are they ? Do they even know how to play chess at all ? Don't get me wrong, there is some nice features in the game, it's not all negative. But if they offer an opportunity for CM's players to play online, shouldn't we be able to actually play online ? From my experience so far, I am always having a day where i can't join one of the games. Some work, many don't.

Another disapointing point, i was looking forward for more " famous games " annotated...a few more are there but where are the annotations ?

So i have a simple thing to say to the Ubisoft team who worked on this Chessmaster Grandmaster edition : we really don't care if there is 2000 board sets available. we don't care in how many colors we can play the game and we really don't care if the video at the begining is different...all we want and all we need is to get the game running properly. we can live with black and white board and pieces if we are able to play WITHOUT problems, especially online. So please, for the 12th edition, before releasing it, try it first ! if it works properly THEN put it for sale. We don't care about your deadlines...we care about the product we pay for and we care about being able to play the way we are promised.

Your right, its the online feature that's the most important.
And I guess we don't need CM 12th edition Im sure UBI can fix this issue with just a patch its not very difficult.
Pro evolution soccer 2008 had alot of lag for the first 6 weeks but konami which is the company of pes 2008 released a patch which fix that problem. And the pes 2008 lag was alot more severe yet that was fixed with just a patch.
There's absolutely no excuse for ubi to say that there is no way to fix the online bug problems such as the join button being grayed out, it would be very shameful & pathetic.

I think we are extremely soft if we are going to say wait for 12th edition that's just injustice and it won't gurantee that ubi are not going to be lazy for the 12th edition too.
