At me 2 questions.
1) why photos of characters in СМ11 перечеркнуты a black strip? At all characters, the bottom part of a photo dark, and top - light. It is a problem Russian-version, or at all so? If at everything what for it have made? I consider that without this black-and-white effect, a photo looking more beautifully. Whether there is what that a way to make so that photos were displayed on old, how in СМ10 and earlier versions?

2) Company Akella which is engaged in localization of game in Russia, does not wish to translate audio files of game. And so it would be desirable to listen to native speech. I have excellent files with Russian pronunciation of the notation, but there is no opportunity to make so that in game they sounded. How to make so that the notation sounded with use of my own files, instead of original English records? Whether it is possible in general?

1. I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to ask... But the rule for photos in Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition (as well as Chessmaster 10th Edition) are that the files are 24-bit, 76 x 97 bitmap files.

2. No, there is no way for you to import your own audio files into Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition.

The fact that Akella doesn't translate the audio files is no big surprise... the French version of the game also uses English audio. More than likely, this is due to some kind of copyright agreement.

How I can lay out here screenshots? It is simply interesting to me, such photos, is a problem of localization or founders of game?

If there is a problem, it's probably due to localization... as I've mentioned, there is no such problem with the English and French versions of Chessmaster.

Photo files are completely the same. There is a very slight shadow when looking at tit from the chessmaster GUI.



You seem to be bothered at every little detail that is not completely the same as in previous versions. Of course there are slight changes, otherwise it would be a completely same game.
