I get connected but after entering my key, it continually asks me from my activation key that I already entered from the e-mail after downloading the game. I downloaded the game before getting the e-mail if that makes any difference. I did register the game, so what can I do?
If you're positive you're using the right code, the first thing I would do is check to make sure you're not entering a '1' where you should be entering a lowercase 'L', an 'O' where you should be entering a '0' (zero), etc.
I copied and pasted the key sent in the e-mail I received, so it has to be the correct key. I will contact the source you stated, but it seems like some other issue...
The problem was my firewall. I am using Look 'n' Stop and I saw in the log it was blocking the sending of information. I switched to Windows Firewall in Vista and it said some features of the program were blocked, so I clicked on Unblock and it worked! I need to set up rules to allow the connection for Look 'n' Stop firewall, but later...
