Recently I have order the Chessmaster 11. After downloading the software and playing some games I noticed a glitch in the system. For instance, I play a game in the training mode against whatever opponent, during play I was able to promote a pawn to a queen, after the game was over, I would save the game for review later. Once I tried to load the saved game all was good until I get to the part where I promoted my pawn to a queen, at that point the queen would not appear on the board. I have tried to download the only patch that is available for Chestmaster 11 and after installing it the problem still occurred. What to do? Please help.
