how do i clear the four cc games in order to start over. when i open the competion list there is no record. jc

Did you select "show all games" (or something like that)?

yes its not showing anything

Then you don't have any games

tried to create a ccgame it still says i have maxed out on the limit tried to create a new id and got locked out.

You've been locked out? What kind of message are you getting?

You said you didn't see any games under 'CC Games'... if the games you've created haven't been started yet, you won't see anything.

Did you try looking under 'CC Challenges'?

there is nothing under challenges, i was locked out temporarily due to password problems

Under CC challenges you should at least see docla's challenge.


Have you tried creating a challenge from that site instead of Chessmaster interface?

same thing its saying that i have four games in progress

I don't know whats wrong. Create an new profile (in Chessmaster) and log in with the new ubi account to see if the same thing will happen.
