I was wondering why I experience this problem online where after I complete a match against any opponent online if I click on rematch, the chess game from the previous match would remain on screen and it won't change to a new game!!!

However, my opponent managed to move though. Its like he/she got their chess working for a new game.

But I am stuck with the previous chess match with the pieces laying from the last game that I just completed. I tried to quickly leave the game, however I was awarded a loss by the time my opponent moved.
And my opponent received a free win, undeservedly.

Is there any way to sort this problem out so that when I click on rematch the board will change to a new game?

I haven't come across facing this problem offline, only online.

I experienced this yesterday too and thought that it was an exceptional glitch, but it happened again today.

I only started playing chess again online 2-3 days ago after a long time.
