As I pointed out in a previous thread, I purchased Chessmaster, the art of learning for the Nintendo DS a few weeks ago. I have since discovered that it has a glitch. Towards the end of a game on 'easy' mode when the computer was loosing the game it would not make it's move, it would stay in thinking time until the game was switched off.
I phoned Ubisoft, at 30p a minute, about this but they were not very helpful.
If they could have reassured me that it was only the one glitch on 'easy' and the rest of the game was ok I would have been happy to keep it.
Today I took the game back for a refund. I am not at all impressed with Ubisoft or their customer service or the fact that they were happy to charge me 30p a minute to report a fault with their software......be warned.

But chessmaster GME is the first ever Nintendo DS version so you can't expect it to be very good. But I can tell you that if you get the PC version of the game you will be impressed its got more personalities and the AI is more powerful. Chessmaster has always been more popular for the PC then for any other platform.
