Well they can make it in the same style... They just have to be careful of Interlectual Property laws, and much of what makes M&M M&M is ownwed by Ubi under IP laws.

I don`t think so, there have been other first person ones, more if you include the older ones like Eye of The Beholder 1,2&3.
