The sequel to Kings Bounty is going to come out soon and if the preview site is any indication, then its going to be even more cool than Kings Bounty, which in turn (single player wise) IMO is better than even Heroes of Might and Magic, though they are both awesome games that share many simularities.

I really hope they'll use KB and KB:AP as inspiration for Heroes 6.
