Thats common with coffee, it has more caffeine in it than tea so people tend to overdose & when you overdose on caffeine it has the opposite effect... same as any drug really. Even alcohol increases the senses until about after half a glass after which the senses start to dim instead.

Im trying to cut out caffeine altogether but im way too addicted... i cannot even go a day with out a coke.

i've stoped with lemonade and started with beer and now i'm hooked on that so don't begin switching things

Although I have free coffee at work, I'm resisting it and sticking with tea. Trying to be healthy.

Tea here. I sometimes drink coffee a while before bed, makes me sleep well

Coffie I don't drink (not because I try to stay healthy, but just because I can't stand anything bitter).
