I was thinking about it, and figuring the age group of probably most of this forum, it could be interesting what some of you guys do for work around here...

I am about to move to a different city, which means I won't be working this job for very long... but I am a Hotel Attendant at a local (and very busy) hotel. Its on a major highway, so we get alot of business. It is interesting work, I basically do it for all the interesting stories I get from the weirdos who come out there...

So what do you guys do?

At the moment im a operator at a comp-company. Usually I study chemistry...

Eh, I had orientation at the college I am going to in the Fall and I had a meeting with the chair of the Computer Science department... and the other guys who were there where so sterotypical computer weirdos... ugh, I actually thought of changing my major... I don't know, I guess not all of them could be that wierd. I hope I can find a few friends who are normal and don't date their computer...

LOL, well, not all comp-ppl are comp-geeks afterall.
I mean ive seen lots of fun comp-ppl through the years... so they do exist.

Oh and Im working at Unisys at the moment... comp-company says way to little.

I'm having a very important job yes... And it is very hard yes... *looks around*... ok ok... I'm lazy as hell and only go in the gymnasium, play tuba 14 - 20 hours a week and am just about to open the school magazine with some friends... at least 12 people comming over here tonight expecting me to tell them what the headmaster told me in our meeting

so.. No work

I work at a fish factory (I think that's what you call it)
We process Monkfish, Halibut, Black Halibut, Lemon Sole and many other kinds of fish.

I am ... V3N0M But seriously I have set my mind on becoming a 3d graphics artist, and I think Ubisoft Romania might be a way to go since they don't have many of those(they have programmers kuz there r a lot of programming schools but no graphics). But it's gonna be tough since I have to learn everything on my own.

So I dont really work,I still use me savings I made in 3 years in the army.

i'm master of origami, but i'm not Japanese one.. but if about true i've never seen origami.., but maybe later i'll flex some animals..

i truely have the hardest job of all.... oh you wanna now what i do... ehhm ... ok i'm just a student....and i got exams now leave me alone... ok i do have other jobs too... oh you wanna know aswell... well i'm a poet and i work in a kitchen on a camp whole summer far away from my pc :whine:

And I looked into 3-d graphics before, way too much math for me... I'll stick to 2-d...

Well it's between 3d graphics and c++ programming so...

Well for my major the C++ is learned in the Intro courses, so I'll know at least the basics at the end of the semester

I work as the executive assistant at the Berglund Center for Internet Studies and I go to school full time.

I am at a lab doing chemical synthesis of nanomaterials.

Bleh, I wanted crappy minimum wage funny jobs. You guys are actually getting money, and wheres the fun in that?
