But why is it evil to bring music and hapiness to the world?

Freedom - a mountain in the distant sky, love in the grass, birds on the vast plains of the sea...
Freedom - I treasure your name, I love your sweet sound, I smell your dreams.

I see you - when I turn away
I hold you -when my hands are full

Freedom -
Never shall you be more than a name to me

Ofcourse, an hornorchestra is nothing without one and it is a great solo instrument Smile

I've played that one an year ago, although it was another version.- A bit easier Big Grin but a trombone player that used to paly in the same orchestra played that version Smile
I guess most folkes that aren't in to brass, and some that are, will be surprised that a tuba can play like that Big Grin but Baadsvik is pretty damned good.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6HGTD2Oa18
Heavytuba, a orchestra of nothing but tubas and some drums.

However, those two are absolutely nothing and obviously inferior to Fnugg by Oyste Baadsvik:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHMyrhilkdo
Some of the best, most inventive and most fantastic music I've seen, definetly the best tuba arrangement I've met.

Justice Justice Justice...

when WILL you ever learn? Tubas are a thing of the past now... all must fall before the might of guitars and pianos!

I've heard that one before Big Grin if you wanted to convince me you would have to take some kind of music which could be compared Smile
Totally different genres. I prefer the tuba playing, but "My Lost Lenore" definitely is one of the best within that kind of music, and I do listen to that kind of music now and then Shady only problem with Lenore is that she doesn't sing all that well in that version, some false pitches, but that might as well be due to the recording or it's just a bad day for her. I've heard her sing that cleaner/better before.

However, if you really want to see some good guitar playing:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjA5faZF1A8

38.128.597 people have seen it so far. 159.567 comments, 311.009 ratings. I'its been hot stuff since December 2005 Smile
Now that guy can play, although it, again, is another genre Big Grin

The guitar solo Justice indicated was truly amazing. When you see the ones like that guy, you feel so sorry about yourself and your pity capacities that you'd rather break down of it. Nevertheless, it's good to know some folks actually can do something.

And I have some stupid things to show; seeing the sound and its 'flux': Big Grin

My reaction when I saw the tuba bloke was to sti down and start playing the same stuff as him Big Grin I'll order the notes later this evening Smile

Regarding the two links, the former, the tucata, a great piece that I like to lsiten to, but that version was a bit to "Karajanish". Seemed like he followed the notes too closely and didn't really play with his hearth.- Too many stops and too many "now I've really got to go" places. Actually sounded a bit liek a machine Blink

The later one though, the Woodwind Quartet", absolutely superb. The beginning is a bit week, which mainly is due to that not being real instruments, and the lower instrument sounds badly, but appart from those techincal things and the "must be" lack of live sound, it's great. I would really like to play it in the quintet I'm in sometime Big Grin

- Here is another one by that bloke: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArwdHW3zGPc&feature=related I reeeaaaaally like this one Smile

There are quite a few Guitar versions of the Toccata on youtube, some of them are acoustic, some electric guitar, most are pretty good. Smile

Starting to hate homeworks. A stupid presentation in English for tomorrow, me is dead.

Yea, Justice, the only drawback of it was that sound of machine, although the melody (a bit simplified I believe) is precisely constructed by the real notes of 'Toccata et Fugue' by Bach. The problem is that machine always plays the same recorded sounds and you would never feel the subtle shiver of sounds delivered by a human hand like in live concerts.
