ok i going to play FC..but to me the grapics are kind looking old to me, i have geforce 9600m gt cuda 1gb card, vista. i have the lastest drver for it, and 1.4 game patch, i just want to know if there is anyway i can make the game look better, maybe something to do in the nvidia settings. thanks
IMO it still looks better than half the games being produced now, 5 years later. a lot of games are going what i call the "soft focus" route, where there aren't any "hard" textures or polygons, everything looks like it's been smoothed over with a kind of haze, like a cartoon for lack of better description. the hard, harsh contrast may be less "advanced", but it looks better and more realistic IMO. if you've played the FEAR series, FEAR 1 vs FEAR 2 is a perfect example of what i'm talking about.
