I think the game is too short to be the final game. This is one game I wouldn't mind being milked over and over again, as long as Kojima works on it. He tells one of the best story ever told in video games. Although his picture in the forward in the limited edition hard cover guide makes me want to kick him in the mouth.

I beat it once with an "Inchworm" rating on Solid Normal. I did way too much crawling, I guess. But otherwise, 0 kills, 0 alert modes.

Currently playing in Big Boss Hard at the moment, and trying to go for a FOXHOUND / FOX rating. If I get better, then I'll surely try to go for Big Boss in The Boss Extreme!

Since the aiming and shooting system has drastically changed for good or bad, I can't decide yet, but I decided to kill everyone and let them respawn till I got a message from God that told me I liked killing. Then I vomited. At least I made a whole lot of cash collecting guns. Good times.

I barely played it I only download the stuff for the online I havent gotten a chance to play the campaign. is it Long ?

I must confess I've been playing like seductive pancakes
for cash and weapons and ammo.
The old Panther style so far...rarely died,killed untold numbers,spotted frequently.

Really not that hard to get 0 kills and 0 alerts though. MKII Tranq Dart (and in some instances, Metal Gear Mk.II) makes it slightly easier, though in harder difficulties (like Big Boss Hard and The Boss Extreme) they wake up/gain consciousness WAY faster. Memorizing the maps, and remembering enemy patrols really help, too. It's also annoying to not accidentally kill someone in "chase" scenes, but with practice, it's doable.

The real challenges I'd say are having 0 curative items used (which I also did, on Solid Normal), and beating the game under 5 hours (which requires you to skip all movie scenes).

I finished my Big Boss Hard run on Sunday morning before i moved to Dublin. 0 Kills, 0 Alerts, 0 recovery items and 0 continues. Hound rank, i didn't go through it fast because I wanted to watch some of the cut-scenes again and stock up on supplies for my extreme run, whenever I get around to that.

It took me 25 hours to beat the game the first time. the second time I was playing for the camo and the bandanna at the same time. took me 19 hours. (thats including all the times I left my game on and went away to grab a bite to eat etc.)
That was tough. But in all The game it self is GREAT. Superb graphics, plot, and gameplay. I give it 10/10.
