Anyone looking forward to this game?

No, not really.

I played the beta of this a couple times. It was awful.

Looked like Battlefield 2, to me.

Like the building destruction.

I'm probably going to get it, as there aren't a whole lot of tactical-shooters being offered, these days.

This game was terrible from what I played in the Beta. I played 2 matches and stopped. It felt alot like COD4 but just a cheap knock off at best. It was laggy and just overall didn't feel right.

I've been playing the demo and it's combat HEAVEN, at least until Operation Flashpoint 2 or ArmA 2 hits the 360.

The building destruction and terrain deformation really improves the typical combat simulation experience. If only it was coupled with (better?) ballistic penetration and deflection.

I played a little bit of them demo & I didn't really like it at all. It wasn't as good as CoD4 or even previous Battlefield games, either on the PC or 360.

Garbage. It sucks. I wish I never let any bit of this touch my hard drive.

Gamestop keeps trying to make me reserve this game, but the only other game I want Soul Caliber 4.

If you liked BF2, I don't see how you can dislike this one, as it plays just like it.

Is there a reason everyone is basing their opinion off a beta? Beta is an earlier version of the game, and isn't the final build...

Played the demo version. Also liked the building destruction. That is until I took a tank around the outskirts of the map, to flank the enemy stronghold, and was thwarted by a barricade of indestrucitble WOODEN CRATES at the end of a bridge.

Personally I am into this game. It has some good things and some bad. Unfortunately, it will keep being compared to Call of Duty, and will always just seem like just another shooter. Its not going to be one of those "must have" titles. Its worse than COD4, but better than Frontlines.

First it is a DEMO and yes it lags but hell I seen other DEMO's lag at first then when it fully came out BAMM it was awesome. This game is going to rock, Kick ***, and then some! I am going to finally be able to play another game besides Rainbow6 Vegas2. Let just say I got my fingers cross hoping they fix all the kinks out of it...

I played the single player demo and thought it was pretty good. It had some humor and an actual narrative.

I haven't tried the MP yet because none of my friends have been playing it.

Game Informer gave it a 9.25 though.
It must shine in the end.

IGN gave it a 8.6. I can't get off the damn game now. I can't wait to play the rest of the maps now. As long as you play with people that understand its not a deathmatch game, its fun. Especially if you experiment with all the gear.
