Let me elaborate on my previous statement.

Put a gun in the Daughters hand. Let her pull the trigger.

Prison? No this idiot would be murdered by an inmate on the first day. He is very old and would not get raped.
But he would get killed. And that would cost the public money to pay for his burial.

They should just dig the hole stand him in front of it and let her end it for him.

I may sound sick to some of you but this scum doesn't deserve a single thing other than that.

That was a joke really. In prison child molesters are walking bull's eyes. He wouldn't be raped he'd likely be dead within a month. However, I take issue with anyone who claims that death is the only recourse for crimminal of the week X. Considering I don't think the vast majority of these armchair executioners are hard enough that they could do the deed themselves it's hard to hear them pronounce sentence, let alone pass the responsibility onto a woman. How heroic.

Would the daughter pull the trigger? Would it be better if she allowed herself to give into her hatred, to be swallowed and consumed by it, and take vengeance? Yes, that sounds sick to me. More for her sake than his. But if you don't believe in a God or heaven there's little to no practical argument against it. Who can say, that's all hypothetical. In anycase though Zee, Austria outlawed the death penalty in 1950. So there can be no death penalty for the man, that's what austria has chosen. In the very least, the public funds this man will drain will not come out of OUR pockets.

Only in my mind and video games, so I think I do qualify as having shot someone. After all video games is like real life no?

Nice. That's funny pancake, poignant. There are a few principal differences for those not caught up. For starters people don't respawn in real life. Eyes tend to lose the power they possess when translated from reality to imagination as well. We used to have chickens and rabbits. I had enough trouble killing a small animal let alone the idea of doing so to a human being. I'm not that hard. I can't. They say everyone's capable theoretically. Maybe if cornered or forced we all could. But if given the option of walking away I just wouldn't want to.

Worse still a rabbit may be cute and all but you can read a human being's emotions a lot more clearly than you can a rabbit's. If you have never been begged to then you're also missing another piece of the puzzle. I don't mean the greedy begging of your kids or the playful begging of your significant other. I mean the desperate begging of someone who just wants you to stop hurting them. I've been in a lot of fights and maybe I'm just a big softy but no matter how much you hated the other guy a few minutes ago, even if he started it, even if he's a moron, it's hard to look into pathetic eyes and feel no pity.

Don't be so quick to recommend it if you couldn't do it yourself. And if you think you could than you're either kidding yourself or something in you was killed.

I feel like that reverend who made a four and a half hour speech right before the Gettysburg address. You get to the point in a one second joke faster and more eloquently than I do in ten pages of preachiness.

Its a lot different man. For instance, most likely, if your a good sniper in a game u probably cant pik up a real rifle and shoot a target.

Lets not bring God into this since he obviously was not a part of those peoples lives.

Yes i would put the gun in the girls hand and allow her to decide.

Now understand, I really don't believe in the Death Sentence as Capital punishment. Mainly because the Police are so piss poor at their jobs that they will put anyone away.
Look at todays News regarding the story of the man sentenced to prison for Murdering and raping his girlfriend in 1980.
He was released today after 27 years when DNA evidence proved that he did not commit the crime.
How many people do you think have been killed by prisons that were innocent?

Now the case in question is much different.

There is undeniable proof of what he did.
The man is inhuman. Not only did he do what he did, but it was premeditated and came after years of abusing his daughter up to that point.

This man is not a child molester. He is a kidnapper. A slaver, an incestuous child rapist.

In fact i think that i could safely compare this scum bag to a group of people from the 40's who ran a little place called Auschwitz. You know, the Nazi's
The only difference between him and them, is that after he stole his daughters life, he did not gas her.

Or to put it in easier to understand terms, he is a worthless piece of inhuman trash that needs to simply be wiped from the face of the earth.

Like i said, some people may think that my statement is sick, but so what. I don't care about your emotional or mental outlook on this. I am making a statement from a standpoint of pure disgust that someone would knowingly do this to another human being.

If this man was my neighbor, i would ice him myself.
Before you throw the same rant at me that you did to pancakes, i will say that yes i have shot someone before. Back in '95 a guy broke into my house and as he was running from my Rottie i shot him and struck him right above his ass. I was at the top of a staircase aiming down.
He lived. He probably doesn't walk to well now but hey those are the results of peoples choices.
I also served as a door gunner on a Huey during the first Gulf war and took part in some combat. Out of the over 3600 rounds that i fired, i am sure some of them hit something.
Maybe that is why my outlook is so matter of fact.

But your right in the fact that imprisoning him would not taker any money out of "our" pockets.
It would however take money from the Austrian People.
That should not happen.

Don't you think that's kind of inappropriate for a thread about a woman who was tricked into a cellar then raped by her father for 20 years?

there is no way to make light of this and, to try to bring humor to it is a insult to the victims.
