Nick Mullins is a teenage skater who several months ago became extremely sick with a staph infection. Steve Berra, pro skater and owner of the berrics brought his story to the public and it started a huge support base for Nick. After one operation, He has now lost his vision and fights to regain. No doubt it has been a financially straining situation for Nick and his family. The people at the Berrics are printing t-shirts for his cause. 100% of the money earned from sales are going to Nick's Medical bills. Tragic- but also awesome that the Berrics is rallying around to help support the kid. It would be awesome to see him get a lot of support with the t-shirt sales so that he can get better and continue his promising skate career! Also, great blog on the situation with him and for putting all the links in there, Errr!

That is actually really cool. Normally it seems like only a certain amount is donated so the company/person can still cover operating costs. To donate 100% is just down-right awesome.

just an update. Steve Berra posted a video on the Berrics today about the status of the shirts. They are being printed as of now and should be arriving at homes next week.

Also, if you're a fan of Rob Dyrdek's fantasy factory, check out tonight's episode. It's gonna be the Fantasy Factory vs. The Berrics in some ridiculous looking challenges. good for fantasy factory though, if it were skate related only, The Berrics would make em look bad at every turn
