Hi everyone! I'm finally resurfacing after a month of craziness. I work with a lot of educational theater programs that suck up my time, but I was also directing a musical called She Loves Me, which just closed.

Check out pics of my awesome show here.

Between work and rehearsals, half the GTA campaign is about all the gaming I've done. (I miss a lot of things about Crackdown, but GTA is growing on me.)

Anyone else doing anything fun outside their gaming life?

I don't have a gaming life. Gaming is just something I do every now and then for fun.

Looks like a good production. Is it a Musical?

Hello Lirael

Oh, life beyond games... the thing with that is I spent much less time playing the things than I used to; these days, I reckon I spend more time reading and writing about them. Strange...

Well, in my gaming, I have been playing Mass Effect every Sunday since about the end of last year... I've put off playing Assassin's Creed and Lost Odyssey because of it as my gametime has been limited. I have also been playing COD4 MP, GH3 and Puzzle Quest on the 360 and Disgaea and FFXII on the PS2

Beyond that, I have been looking for work, which I suppose is not fun but it has meant a bit of travelling - a small adventure in the big city! Also, a bit of reading (some David Gemmell at the moment) and getting to grips with resizing and placing images

Got drunk last night and have a pretty bad hangover this morning. I have been partying and getting ready for finals which start monday Frown As for gaming leveling a Druid in WoW, and getting more gear for my Hunter and Shaman. I play COD4 here and there but that gets old when you come in 1st place everytime in free for all.

Mass Effect is great! But don't let that keep you from Lost Odyssey forever... it's a brilliant game. Good luck with the job search.

Mastachief, sounds like you need to find new COD opponents. Happy

Yeah, it really is a great game! Big Grin

I finally finished it about, hmm, two weeks ago and went straight onto Lost Odyssey; I don't really like Jansen and I'm at the bit with the giant worm fighting... a lot of dying and grinding to avoid more death are involved.

Also, cheers for saying that!

Looks like a cute play, what's it about anyhow? Lines like "I may be an idiot but I'm an idiot with a job." Make it look pretty enjoyable Big Grin.

Yes... I love that line! It's a fun little musical. Most people would recognize the story from the Hanks-Ryan movie You've Got Mail.

That movie, the She Loves Me musical, and the 1940 Jimmy Stewart movie Shop Around the Corner are all based on a 1937 Hungarian play.

Basically, anonymous penpals hate each other by day, but fall in love through their letters. It's really great... and not nearly as nauseating as most traditional musicals.
