TBH, about the only char. who looks half-way Asian in Dragonball is Yajirobe. Yea, either Asian or mentally challenged. There' s also Kaio who dresses in a caricatural Chinese outfit, but he is Master of the Universe, not a puny human.

I don' t know what is with choosing scrawny-looking actors for such roles (Ken in Street Fighter for ex., that actor was much more believable in "Blood in, Blood Out")...
