I've been pumped for this movie since they first started announcing casting. They're throwing every past, present and future action star into this thing. Stallone, Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Randy Couture. Bruce Willis has a small part near the start of the film supposedly, and there's rumors that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be making a cameo.

Ocean's Eleven wasn't bad. Or was that too much of a sausage fest for you? What about Saving Private Ryan?

Ocean's Eleven was sort of a thinking person's movie so it wasn't really an action only thing. Saving Private Ryan was a war movie so it made sense that there were no women, needless to say I thought it was amazing, one of Tom Hanks best.

Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with all guy films, it's just if it's an action movie it already has a ton of testosterone, so it's nice to have a little variety. I'm thinking Wanted which had a nice balance with Jolie or maybe Terminator, Total Recall, movies that wouldn't have been as cool without the female cast members. I would say Alien but that was pretty much about Ripley and the Aliens.

If you can think of an action female on the level of Bruce willis, Slyvester Stallone and Ahnold I welcome the suggestion. I have trouble thinking of a girl who's done that many action movies other than Mila Jovavich (but I generally have trouble not thinking of Mila Jovavitch) and many of those were... well... resident evil. If it helps Britanny Murphy's in it.

I don't think there is an equivalent to those guys exactly since all they have done are action movies (With one or a few attempts at drama/scifi/comedy) and actresses that I know have a pretty varied career with a few heavy action movies.

Well GYypsy out of the guys in the EXPENDABLES, Stallone has had the most divers carreer.

He started in Porn.

Then he was in Death Race 2000 then he created/wrote/starred/produced Rocky which won like 6 Oscars including Best Picture and Best screenplay and supporting actor among others.

then in addition to Rocky he did a number of really good Drama's culminating in COPLAND which almost netted him an Acting nomination.

Thats not even counting his action franchises or the string of comedies he did
