Yeah I should probably be in bed. And yeah, I have never seen so much blood. I don't really know how they did but they had to saw into my jaw.
I'm a little sore but I guess the general anesthetic hasn't fully worn-off yet. --------------------------------------- PSN: Ninja_Kn1ght // Xbox Live: Ninja Kn1ght // Twitter.com/Adam3001 |

When I woke up from going under.. I told one of the nurses she had bad make up..
I couldn't eat a lot of hard food afterward.. so I made milkshakes with bananas, Ensure, and some chocolate ice cream. |

Ughh yah the blood is probably the worst other than the pain! I had a lot of pain afterwards, but that's just because the pain meds they prescribed me didn't help..they just made me sick! Lol I hope you feel better soon! Enjoy lots of soup...and change your gauze often hahaha jk jk |

I got all 4 of my Wisdom Teeth removed last August, I took 2 days off of work & in those first 2 days I was in utter pain. The pain was relentless. The following days I was at work & it was still sore but I'm glad I took those first 2 days off.
My meal plan consisted of: Breafast Carnations, Soup, Soft Food, Milk, basically anything in a warm or cold soft liquid-esqu meal. Then after the first week or atleast 4 days I moved on to soft past, soft bread, soft-other stuff & then later I moved up to harder pasta & more food that required chewing. Meds: OXY-CODONE-APAP: 5-325 MG TABMCK Something else but I don't have the pill bottle. So basically I spent 2 days worth of pain laying on a couch watching tv. |

I was out of school for a week! UGH it was terrible! The part that was the most frustrating was how sick I was because of my pain meds. They had me on vicodin, and let me tell you...it didn't do JACK!! |

Are you drugged up on painkillers? I didnt get put under when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. I didnt have insurance at the time and couldnt afford the extra 500 bucks to put me asleep. I had to hear them breaking my teeth (crunch* Crunch*)it was traumatizing. |

Drink lots of water as it will help the healing ... mouth "injuries" heal well with clear liquids passing over the area. Hope your feeling better soon ...

When I got my wisdom teeth pulled out two years ago I woke up cursing at the Dr and nurse. Then when they asked if I was ok I gave them a thumbs up with a goofy expression on my face and fell back into unconsciousness. At least thats what my parents told me. Its a pain getting them removed. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

I also had all four taken out and that was just this August. They were pretty impacted too. I didn't sleep the night before so it didn't take long for them to put me out. One minute I was talking about a children's book and the next I was in a wheel chair heading to the car.
I had no pain or swelling afterward. He was a really great surgeon. The swabs and blood were the most annoying bit...they smelled gross After that the holes left were the most annoying mostly because I had to keep squirting water in them to remove trapped food. They haven't quite closed up yet so I occasionally get food stuck in there. Next week I get braces and next month I get to remove 3 teeth |

I got my wisdom teeth pulled about five years ago. They broke up the teeth before they removed them. It took me two teeth to figure out what they were doing. I was sitting there, trying not to fall asleep, thinking to myself, "What the fu... ? What is that crunching noise? Wow, I feel like I float if I close my eyes. Oh shi-, the doctor is saying something. Oh, he's reminding me to breathe. Wait, what's that crunching noise? It almost sounds like... oh damn, they're breaking the teeth in my gums. That strikes me as something that would sound cool if I wasn't gassed up."
Also, you guys suck, they didn't give me pain killers. You know, that's actually good. Really good. My mom had picked up one of Costco's ginormous Shepard's pies, and with enough milk it was almost like eating ice cream... but made of meat, vegetables, and crust. So good. Edit: Oh yeah, there was very little blood in the aftermath. They stitched my gums closed, so whatever blood seeped out was easily caught by the gauze. |

I had a great experience getting all 4 of mine out - as far as experiences go with getting teeth ripped out of your face
The worst part for me was being put under (it was my first time) and I was scared that I'd die or something, but the rest was smooth sailing for me! My face didn't swell or bruise, and I was eating semi solid food that same day (macaroni & cheese saved my life) and I was all healed up in about a week. I was also taking the lowest dose of Percocet, so maybe that helped a bit |

Getting my wisom teeth out was the best day ever. Enjoy! All I did was eat pudding on pain pills and play video games all day long. I had excessive bleeding for the frst few days but I didnt feel a thing. I hope you arent in pain and recover quickly
