Yeah, I doubt Ubisoft would take to kindly to such a scathing piece, probably just because he'd waste their time with a lawsuit. Which is a shame, because there aren't enough publishers/developers that will publicly take this guy to task.

My favorite Jack moment was at PAX when Gabe called his cell phone at a panel.

Jack needs the lime light. He craves it. He has no chance in winning a libel suite against facebook and he knows it. The important thing is that he gets press. He is sorta an Uber real life forum troll.

Yes, he got disbarred. I'm not sure how civil suits work, but he may be able to represent himself... he just can't represent anyone else and I *think* he can't file certain briefs.
