And BTW, the Date on TF2 Halloween update page says "October 29TH Thru November 2ND" so there might be some insane offers of this 2.50$ for the next couple of days, i'm not sure though.

So, for those who missed this one, you may want to check for the next 2 days, who knows! and if i found any thing i'll sure be updateing about it in here.

I decided this was as good a way as any to test out gaming on the Windows 7 install that I put on my Macbook so I picked it up & am installing it now.

P.S. Windows 7 is pretty damn nice.

If you missed it, I'm sure there will be another chance. This is the third time since yesterday they've had it up for an hour for that price.

Did you guys bought it , TF2 is the most awesome online 1st person i've ever played, it is always fun.

Also according to this http://www.teamfortress.com/ it was the 3rd time, each time was for 2 hours and there will be no more offers of such an insain 2.50$

I tried a round of the game today... Ran pretty well on my Macbook Pro but also served to remind me why I don't play PC shooters...

D: MAN!!! i've never thought that this could truly happen.

There is nothing like playing with a keyboard and mouse, its the best ever, takes time at 1st to get used to it but after that you reconize how awesome it is.

It is possible to play it with a 360 controller. Just plug it into your PC, install the driver, and then inside TF2 enable the console and enter a command. I can look it up, if anyone wants to use it. I play TF2 on PC with my 360 controller and it plays very well.

Yeah, you can play with a 360 controller but that only really works with a wired controller, which I don't have.

(Yes, I know it works with a wireless controller but that's only if you're willing to pay for the wireless adapter... And I'm not).

Can't say I blame you. I bought a wired after my 360 came with a wireless just so I could save a bundle on my car insur...oops...not that...on batteries.
