I'll kill you.

I find it harder to make myself get out of the house and actually go to the gym, whereas having a treadmill at home makes it easy to go downstairs and run. With video games and a treadmill, I really only need to leave the house once a week to get groceries.

Once a week? You shut in. LOL
...and that's only if I extend the chain that's connected to her ankle and welded to the rebar deep in our home's foundation. Big Grin

Besides running on a treadmill, I also use my chain to jump rope... err, chain. Jump chain.

I'll be the trainer in the video that yells and scream to do a few more reps.

I used to run... years ago. I kept getting hurt at work, so I stopped. Man, would that be hard to start up again. I'm getting exhausted even thinking about it.

As a cross country runner I can hardly stand running on a treadmill. boring, gives you a bad form, likely to injure you, and not as good as running outside.

It would quite interesting running with that guy...

what is wrong with you guys...TRAMPOLINE....no not the little one...a ginormous one...your dogs can get on it with you, which is always good for a laugh and your cat can try to get off of it which is even funnier and I have it facing indoors so I can watch tv when I have run out of animals to abuse (honestly they love it) and then free weights and my bowflex... treadmills are no brainers... they don't challenge you and your balance... I agree go run the stairs.. Plus I never find the right speed on them...

Have you watched them with cast commentary? SOOO funny!! I was luckily(?) sick the day Return of the King was released on DvD. So I watched it 3 times in a row. (Extended version) Once to see all the extras, 2nd with subtitles so I could hear all the secrets, and 3rd with cast commentary. Because, we all know, laughter is the best medicine. That and nyquil.
