Yeah, it can get really frustrating but at the same time, when we had a group of four doing team races in the demo, it's the most fun I've had on Xbox Live in ages.

Very quickly you learn that the best defense is a good offense. Hit them before they hit you. I've seen Calistah start slamming into them & she's normally the cleanest racer I know. It's just what you have to do.

The only time it really became too frustrating for me was when I was trying to get the 'With Great Honor' achievement which is for getting a cautious impact rating online. Basically for not colliding with things for quite a few races.

That took every bit of patience I had but when I got it, man it felt good to be able to payback the idiots that were running me off the road while I was trying to get it.

You can also play Rally & Trailblazer races online which don't have collisions. I've found the best matchmaking playlist is Totality, which gives you a bit of everything so just when you're getting frustrated with people hitting you, a non-collision race comes up & it's not an issue.

I count at least five achievements you'll miss out on without playing online. I don't know if the tournament one needs to be done online so it could be six.

If you can find a few good people to play in a party, I'd recommend at least trying the online. It's REALLY fun, even with all of the jerks.

And when weve got a full group of four we usually need to worry about Tai running us into the wall too.

I was talking about in the demo, before we had that problem.
