I really hope this Andy guy has gotten the banhammer as well as all of his posts removed.

Some of us read the forums at our workplaces and that stuff was just plain rude. And not all of us can post (which is odd since I can read them) and hoped they had been removed quick Oh well! Atleast the picture thread is gone!

What exactly are your duties at said winery? It can't pay that well. Positives are. You can stay drunk pretty much all day long and make money. Win-win.
