Well its nice to see that the Court system is finally learning what the average gamer has known for a few years...and that is that this guy is not only a complete blithering idiot, but also a major tool.

I bet all of the game related cases and settlements he has won will all be overturned if the judges find him guilty.

I read about this last night on Digg...I think it's hilarious.

Putting hardcore pornography into some legal documents that he submitted to court probably wasn't the smartest move for him. He claimed that the porno was relevant to the case, the court basically told him to f--- off.

Suffice it to say that he doesn't really have a lot of friends here in the state of Florida. See, every now and then we do something right!

I think he's ever done anything smart.
