...and now Spaceballs the Animated Tv Show. I'm not too fond of this animation so I have little hopes for it.

I was about to defend this by saying the movie wasn't any real masterpiece either but was still funny. But then I watched the trailers. I concur with the opinions offered here.

Could have been done much better. This is what happens when drivel like "Family Guy" and "American Dad" get good ratings.

Used to love Mel but some of his stuff is kinda dated now.

No Brim he is currently still making a lot of money. At least four of his classic comedies have been rewritten and have been playing to packed houses on Broadway for a few years.

Its possible he even wrote some of the jokes used in that craptoon.

With all hope, it might make a new record of cartoon based on a movie cancelled the fastest, beating out the Clerks cartoon which aired twice before it got canned!

I too liked the clerks series. Some ideas, like making the second episode a clip show and the pharaoh episode were genius.
