Wow...Psyche sure covered alot there.
Teamwork,Awareness, and Crying trying not to take out your own teammates all very important.
Communication ...Positions...Tasks
Moving towards an objective and securing the area instead of the old "tunnel vision' "Run 'N' Gun.(although that can be effective too)
Ooops where was I going with this...
Just like to say thanks for the interesting read.
PS- Especially liked the...
"Don't let this blog fool ya ...I can skill-kick 90% of gamers butts...
and of course the Boo-Ya!!! Mean Happy Agree

Yeah Psyche I've seen how much Valkyrie, and Pyra have been on RSV2, you ladies have certainly been putting the hours in. Hope all the hard work pays off, and the best of luck at San Diago, may all your nades miss team mates. Cool

Yep. Pretty much true.

Overall teamwork relies on:

-Everyone: being sold on a strat or match outlook.

-Personal and individual skill in fps: Guns skills, knowledge of maps, game modes and able to react accordingly, to on the fly enemy tendancies and movements. Also, needs to be able to improvise strat in stress situations. Read and react gameplay.

-Communication: This is important. I will say that too much communication is detrimental to success though. I think you nailed it Nelly. Once your team is cohesive in strats and position. Communication will be more about man down scenarios and pinchpoint call outs. You will know where everyone is and react to their call on numbers. In my mind, a team always runs in pairs. There can be variances on how. But. There should always be a 'wing-man(woman)' Segmented swats that communicate as units not individuals. Just my team theory/thought. Since most modes now are played as 'respawn' style. Getting reoriented after a death, and in place will require tremendous map and player position aptitude. It's the best who do this well. The not so good. Well. Keep tryin'. The moral of the thought is......."Stop Dyin'" Wink2

On a side note.

I have decided to recruit a team.

I will be primary sponsor of this team and take care of all administrative tasks for the team. Although, I could very well play, my goal is to 'coach' a team. I seek the very best and will work with them in every aspect. The players I seek will be on an advanced level. Looking for good personalities and people with team attitudes. After that, the skies the limit.

Anyone is a candidate. If skilled.

This team will be strictly FPS/TPS. All GAMES. You must be a universal player to even be considered.

I will be on the hunt everywhere. So please feel free to pm me if you are interested and we can discuss where to go from there.

THX.
