The show is scripted. Apparently they re-enact encounters that actual reposession agents have. I'm also fairly sure they take some liberties in the way the stories are told

Lol, I watch that particular Repo show every time I see it on and it's usually pretty real.

The big guy with the attitude usually get's the crap beat out of him.

He was pretty calm this show, since the kid was handicap but the whole crew are usually nasty. The kid should have gotten him a second time.
