Saints of Los Angeles video
I mentioned in a thread earlier that Motley Crue was the first ever band to release a brand new song on Rock Band. Now, here's the video if you want to check it out. I have to say, they are back - this sounds just as good as anything they did back in the 80s. Towards the end of the video, you'll see the singers for Buckcherry, Papa Roach, and Trapt on stage also. FTW, THE CRUE IS BACK!!!! I know there are a lot of Crue haters out there - who cares, to each there own. I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of Crueheads as well! One of the greatest Hairband Metal acts ever.
That song just proves they still have it. |

Far from the greatest. Tommy Lee, with the biggest gimmic ever. Drumming in a cage. Too bad he swears more than he plays. It's horrible.
Caged horrible-ness . No wonder someone threw stuff at him. BTW. Here's how to do a great solo in just 3 minutes. Just stfu and play. Grohl and Hawkins "Choice" |

Compared to Tommy Lee, I think almost all dongs are pretty tiny. I hear that he actually uses it as a 3rd arm while drumming.

Being a huge Cruehead, I'm glad to hear they're back on the right track. Especially after New Tattoo.
And the cage.... that's just showmanship. |

Wow that brought back memories Doc.
I was at that tour. The show right before Vince went to jail for the Auto accident that killed the guy from Hanoi Rocks. That Drum solo at the time was pretty impressive because about halfway through, the cage started spinning really fast and he kept on playing. But for a drumming GOD, there can be only one Neal Pert. |

So true. I forgot about that incident. That really sucked as I remember. Good looking out at Neil Peart. He is without a doubt, a living legend on a drum kit. |
