I haven't played too much of the game yet, but so far my favorite Fusion by far is the Gambit/Storm fusion.

I had a couple bugs earlier where Wolverine was riding around on Spiderman's back and he wouldn't get off. He could still attack but Spiderman had to be near the enemy. Then in the Simulator room none of the AI would do anything. They all just stood there including my teammates. Anybody else run into these problems?

Great game. Weak ending. But then again, sadly, this seems to be the trend lately. Weak boss battles, anti-climatic endings, etc. I want to see some truly epic endings come back into gaming. I miss them :/.

Yeah it was a great game & I keep trying to level up my characters to 50 or whatever the highest point is. I believe a lot of people miss seeing some highly-intensified action endings. I was expecting more near the ending before fighting the final boss.

I am having some frustration trying to beat the Iron Man/Reed Richards boss battle.
Any suggestions for teams and strategy would be helpful.

Or someone can just join me in kicking their asses.

After beating the game on legendary last night I would say my favorite team is an X-Men team. But more specifically any team with Jean Grey and Wolverine. Their targeted fusion combo is just amazing for bosses, on super heroic it would kill most bosses in just 2 hits. On that fight I would go for Reed Richards, because if I remember correctly Iron Man would go off screen, or disappear completely when you tried targeting him with a fusion, at least he did for me.

I've gained a lot of boosts throughout my play time on Heroic & Legendary but there are some that I don't understand. Example, Mighty 2: Grant Super Might to the team, how exactly or what does it really do?

It allows characters on your team that can't normally pick up giant objects (i.e. cars, tanks), to do so at will.

Weird, I know.

Much appreciated. Thats what it should have said it the 1st place instead of "Grants Super Might to your team". There are other ones on there that are kind of confusing [not playing] so I don't know the names but some of the effects or descriptions are like: "+x DMG, -99% Something", "100% Fusion on Destruction", "100% fusion on trips, stuns & pop-ups" [How do you pop-up or trip?].

I do like the 100% Stamina, Something about gaining extra experience & then the one boost about 5 orbs are multiplied by 20, that was nice.

The 3 button combo's for trips, stuns, and pop-ups are: 1) A, B, A 2) A, B, B 3) A, A, B. They're you're standard melee attacks.

When I first saw that it reminded me of all the other subtle cameos he does in other MRVL movies. And unlike other games which they fill up w/ a certain actor or professional & overdue it his role's are very small which is good.
